Frank Bardacke is translator of and contributor to Shadows of Tender Fury: The Letters and Communiqués of Subcomandante Marcos and the Zapatista Army of National Liberation (Monthly Review Press). He is a teacher and labor organizer who worked the Salinas Valley for 7 years, and the author of Good Liberals and Great Blue Herons.
