Horace Campbell holds a joint Professorship in the Department of African American Studies and Department of Political Science at Syracuse University. He is also a Special Invited Professor in the Department of International Relations at Tsinghua University in Beijing, China. He is the author of Barack Obama and 21st Century Politics: A Revolutionary Moment in the USA, Reclaiming Zimbabwe: the Exhaustion of the Patriarchal Model of Liberation, and Pan Africanism, Pan Africanists and African Liberation in the 21st Century.
