John Marciano, author of The American War in Vietnam: Crime or Commemoration? and, with Jeremy Kuzmarov, The Russians Are Coming, Again: The First Cold War as Tragedy, the Second as Farce, has written an article for Counterpunch, wondering, “When will we extend our anguish and outrage about massacres at home to embrace the lives and deaths of others outside our borders?”
